- Respond to your inquiry and connect you with qualified licensed security providers serving Greater Montreal Area
- Allow our partner providers to contact you by phone or text message about your request

4. Who Has Access and Who We Share With
We share your information with independent licensed security providers so they can contact you about the services you requested. This is the core function of our Site: connecting clients with local security providers. We do not sell your personal information to marketing companies or data brokers.
Within our organization, access is limited to the person responsible for personal information protection and anyone who needs it to respond to your inquiry.
We may also disclose information when required by law, such as in response to a court order.
Your information is stored in Canada and the United States (via our cloud providers). It is not transferred outside these countries for other purposes.

By submitting a form, you consent to Montreal Security Guards and its partner providers contacting you about your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@montrealsecurityguards.ca or replying STOP to any text message. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior contact.
For electronic marketing messages, we also comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We only send commercial electronic messages with your express consent, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Our Site uses minimal technology:
- Security: Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from spam. This may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
- No advertising trackers: We do not use advertising pixels, social media trackers, or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed for the purposes described above, generally no more than 24 months after your last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. After that, it is securely deleted.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls limiting who can see your data, and secure cloud storage. No method is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
